I. GAS BASED SYSTEMS

Clean Agent Fire Suppression System In addition to firedetection and alarm systems, organizations that have a dedicated server/rack rooms should have minimum gas suppression systems. The different types of gas suppression systems available are CO2, FM 200, Novec 1230 and water Mist.

II. WATER-BASED FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS

A. Fire Hydrant System Wall hydrants and external hydrants are merely the visible end of a reliable extinguishing water supply that can be manually extinguished by fire departments, operator personnel, or building inhabitants. They are visible extensions of dependable water supply components intended to match local conditions, such as pump systems, subterranean pipework, and filling and drainage stations. These components assure a steady supply of safe hydrants

B. Fire Sprinkler System. Sprinkler systems detect and notify fires, and they automatically commence the water extinguishing procedure. The underlying notion of selective extinguishment renders them exceedingly effective. In the event of a fire, only sprinklers in the immediate vicinity of the fire are triggered. The fire is extinguished immediately with water, but the remaining sprinklers stay closed. Sprinkler systems offer dependable fire protection for buildings and industrial facilities. To boost the extinguishing effect against specific fire threats, a film-forming foaming agent can be added to the extinguishing water.

III. FIRE ALARM & DETECTION

A. The first step toward safety is the timely recognition of threats. Our highly advanced detection systems and other equipment respond instantly, saving valuable time for safety precautions and corrective action. This provides you time to psychologically prepare, but it also allows our suppression mechanisms to respond almost immediately.

B. Intelligent Addressable Systems offer benefits in terms of speed of detection, identification of the location of fire and easier maintenance. These systems also offer high tolerance towards faults in wiring – single pair of wires can be used to connect over 200 devices to a single system. This method offers cost savings when large systems are used. This system works for you round the clock. Various sensors like motion detection, glass break, and door contacts are installed in your premises. These sensors detect any disturbances and send a signal to our 24hrs Control Room.

C. Conventional fire alarm systems provide the earliest possible fire detection and warning. This system consists of smoke or heat detectors placed strategically. They smell smoke or heat at the earliest stages of a fire.

NON-COMPREHENSIVE AMC

When the client enters into this AMC, our well qualified Service Engineers' will carry out the Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) based on the agreed terms of periodicity. Ideally, it's done every 3 months unless there is a change in the policy of the client to have it at different intervals. It may be once a month or once in 4 months etc. Based on the increased/decreased periodicity, the value of the contract will increase/decrease

Most of the time, these periodic preventative services are pre-planned and coordinated with our clients.

Aside from preventative services, this contract includes complaint calls at no additional cost. However, spares and consumables are charged at the current prices.

COMPREHENSIVE AMC

Preventive Periodic Services (PPS) will be similar to non-comprehensive AMC. However, with Comprehensive AMC, even spare parts are covered, but consumables are charged depending on current rates.

Most of the time, these preventive periodic treatments are scheduled in advance and in collaboration with our clients.

In addition to preventive services, this contract includes free complaint calls.

FIRE COMPLIANCE

According to the Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act of 2006, the owner or occupier must provide the Chief Fire Officer with a certificate issued by a Licenced Agency stating that the building's fire prevention and safety measures are in compliance twice a year, in January and July. And HFP, as a licensed agency of Maharashtra Fire Services, handles all of your fire compliance with AMC contact.

FREE FIRE MOCK DRILL ALONG WITH AMC

Many places spend a lot of money on different types of fire protection equipment. However, when there is a fire, many people die. Sometimes systems fail, and many staff are not taught on how to effectively evacuate.

People lose their lives primarily because they don't know what to do or where they should go. The evacuation drills cover the details of what to do and where to go. HFP began a free mock drill twice a year as part of our AMC contract.
